aln水基注凝成型浆料的流变性能

Abstract:
？以低聚磷酸酯盐h3204为分散剂、y2o3为烧结助剂,制备高固含量的aln注凝成型浆料。考察ph、分散剂添加量、固含量对aln水基注凝成型浆料流变性能的影响。结果表明:当浆料的ph为8.5,分散剂质量分数为0.9％时,制备了固含量(体积分数)为50.8％的aln水基注凝成型浆料。浆料具有较好的流动性,适于注凝成型。
