camoo4微晶的微波水热法可控合成

Abstract:

采用微波水热法合成出梭状、哑铃状和花状的camoo4微晶,考察ph、乙二醇(eg)与水的体积比和反应时间对产物形貌和尺寸的影响。用x线衍射仪(xrd)和扫描电镜(sem)对产物的结构形貌进行了表征。结果表明:ph为7时,合成产物为梭子状;ph为11时,合成的产物为哑铃状。随着eg加入量的增加,梭状颗粒的尺寸逐渐减小,当v(eg):v(h2o)为4:1时,得到了长轴为1μm、短轴为0.5μm的梭状camoo4粉体。另外,反应时间为3h时,可得到粒径为5μm的花状形貌的产物,并提出自组装camoo4花状形貌的形成过程。
