hzsm-5分子筛上间二甲苯异构化反应动力学研究

Abstract:

为了加深对二甲苯异构化过程的理解,获得优化的操作参数,在固定床反应器中考察改性hzsm-5催化剂上间二甲苯(mx)异构化反应过程。同时,选用powell法与四阶龙格库塔法相结合的数学方法,对实验数据进行拟合,回归出各反应温度下的反应速率常数,采用线性拟合获得300~390℃时的反应动力学参数,并模拟计算了反应温度和进料空速对反应结果的影响。研究发现在300℃下、空速2.0×103h-1时对二甲苯(px)产率可达20%。
