有机添加剂对tio2/ti复合微滤膜制膜液性质和成膜的影响

Abstract:
采用改进浸浆法制备tio2/ti复合微滤膜,考察有机添加剂聚乙烯亚胺(pei)和甲基纤维素(mc)对制膜液性质和成膜的影响,并通过控制合适的制膜液黏度,以期制备完整无缺陷的tio2/ti金属陶瓷复合微滤膜,将金属支撑体与陶瓷活性分离层有机集成。结果表明:pei对溶胶分散制膜液中颗粒的荷电特性有显著影响,并表现出与水分散制膜液不同的特性。不同pei的添加同时能显著影响制膜液的稳定性和粒径分布,其添加量为相对于tio2粉体质量的3%,制膜液黏度可以在1200min内均保持稳定。制膜液中形成粒径约为1370nm的团聚体,可以显著地缓解制膜颗粒的内渗和提高湿膜层的稳定性。制膜液黏度随着mc加入量的增加而增大,且对成膜有显著的影响。黏度过大或过小,都会导致膜层不完整或裂纹的产生,合适的mc质量分数为10%。
