kirkendall效应制备表面cu2o富集的具有梯度结构的cu2o-tio2纳微球

Abstract:
以十二烷基磺酸钠(sds)为自组装诱导剂,以cuo纳米线为前驱体和模板剂,制备了尺寸分别为30、300、1500nm的cu2o-tio2纳微球。采用x线多晶粉末衍射(xrd)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(fesem)、透射电子显微镜(tem)、n2吸附脱附等温线和紫外可见漫反射光谱对所制备试样的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:制备的cu2o-tio2纳微球具有良好的结晶度以及明显的尺寸梯度分布,试样具有一定的可见光吸收。此外,由于kirkendall效应的影响,cu2o在纳微球表面的含量远大于球内含量。
