提高微拟球藻油脂产量的培养工艺优化

Abstract:
为了提高微拟球藻油脂产量,采用二次正交旋转组合设计方法,选取nano3浓度、nah2po4浓度、温度、co2质量分数和光照强度5个因素,对微拟球藻自养产油脂的工艺参数进行优化。得到的最佳培养工艺条件为:nano3质量浓度0.38g/l、nah2po4质量浓度0.35g/l、温度27.1℃、co2质量分数6.67%、光照强度5454lx,预测理论最大油脂产量为0.72g/l。在最佳工艺条件下进行验证实验,实际油脂产量0.70g/l,是优化前的3倍多。微拟球藻油脂以c16和c18脂肪酸为主。
