疏水型sio2薄膜的制备与性能

Abstract:
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以正硅酸四乙酯(teos)和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(mtes)为前驱体,利用浸渍提拉法镀膜,经60℃烘干2h制得疏水sio2薄膜。研究mtes与teos摩尔比、乙醇加入量、加水量对薄膜疏水性能的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(ft-ir)、x线衍射仪(xrd)、接触角分析仪对薄膜的性能和结构进行表征。结果表明:制得的薄膜含有大量的—ch3,具有良好的疏水性;薄膜呈非晶态结构。当n(mtes)/n(teos)=2、n(h2o)/n(mtes+teos)=2、n(乙醇)/n(mtes+teos)=4时,薄膜疏水性最好,与水的接触角达到128°。
