熔盐法合成中温sofc电解质la9.33si6o26及其性能

Abstract:
用sio2和la2o3作为原料,kcl为熔盐,合成中温固体氧化物燃料电池电解质la9.33si6o26粉体。通过x线衍射仪(xrd)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(fesem)等分析方法对合成粉体进行物相测定和形貌观察,在不同温度下考察粉体的烧结性能,利用交流阻抗对电解质的电性能进行测试。结果表明:通过工艺参数的设计,利用熔盐法在900℃成功合成了平均粒径为120nm的单相la9.33si6o26超细粉体,1450℃烧结4h后,la9.33si6o26电解质的相对致密度达到92.7%,此烧结温度比传统固相法降低了250℃,烧结体在750℃的电导率为4.14×10-4s/cm,电导活化能为0.83ev。
