基于模糊综合判断的液压阀口节流特性优化

Abstract:

计算u型节流阀口过流截面通流面积a1(x)、a2(x)及其湿周pw1和pw2,并得到了等效水力直径dh1和dh2。推导了表征阀口节流特性的参数:节流压降分配系数均值e(k)及其方差d(k),空化指数σ2的均值e(σ2in)、e(σ2out)及其方差d(σ2in)、d(σ2out)。利用正交试验设计和模糊综合判断得到了节流阀口优化结构,并与初始节流阀口相比较。结果表明:dh2提高了53.85%;e(k)与1的偏差减小了25.23%,d(k)降低了80.50%;d(σ2in)、e(σ2in)、d(σ2out)和e(σ2out)分别减小了35.16%、9.32%、1.61%和62.39%。
