多孔陶瓷膜的气体渗透模型

Abstract:
为了揭示气体在多孔陶瓷膜中的传质规律,研究陶瓷膜在20~500℃下的n2渗透性能。实验测定了平均孔径为100、200和500nm的陶瓷膜渗透速率;在达西定律的基础上,分别依据k-c方程和h-p方程建立气体传质模型,修正相关参数并进行比较和预测。结果表明:在考察的膜孔径范围内,气体的传质机制主要为黏性流扩散,气体的渗透速率随温度的升高而减小,随膜平均孔径和孔隙率的增大而增大,随膜厚度的增加而减小,修正的k-c方程能较好地描述n2在陶瓷膜孔中的传递规律。
