负载copc的微-介孔cu-btc的制备及其催化性能

Abstract:

在合成的具有介孔结构的[cu3(btc)2(h2o)3]n(cu-btc)试样b上,浸渍负载四取代硝基酞菁钴(copc),制备不同负载量的催化活性比较高的复合型催化剂试样c-f。采用x线粉末衍射仪(xrd)、n2吸附-脱附、扫描电子显微镜(sem)等对复合型催化剂的结构和形貌进行了表征。研究对比了试样copc、试样a、试样b以及复合型催化剂催化氧化苯甲醇的催化活性。结果表明:负载copc的复合型催化剂催化能力明显比其他催化剂催化氧化苯甲醇的能力高,当copc负载量为10.2%时(即试样e),于60℃反应2h苯甲醛收率最高,产率达42.9%。
