气-固分离低密度陶瓷材料的表面修饰

Abstract:
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备sio2溶胶,对气-固分离低密度陶瓷进行表面修饰,研究修饰前后滤材过滤阻力、过滤效率和循环再生性能。对溶胶陈化时间和可镀膜时间的影响因素进行考察,并采用正交试验优化工艺参数。采用扫描电子显微镜(sem)表征修饰表面的微观结构。模拟工业环境,研究滤材的循环再生性能。结果表明:酸含量为可镀膜时间最重要的影响因素,可镀膜时间在酸酯摩尔比为0.09左右时达到最大值。采用最佳参数制备的溶胶对低密度陶瓷表面修饰后,滤材过滤效率均大幅提高,其中fna滤材对粒径≥0.3μm粉尘的过滤效率达到99.78%。且循环再生性能大幅提升,经200次循环再生使用后,滤材的过滤阻力低于133pa。
