基于异染原理研究聚天冬氨酸与喹哪啶红的作用

Abstract:
基于异染原理研究聚天冬氨酸钠(paspna)与2-[4-(二甲基氨基)苯乙烯]-1-乙基喹啉鎓碘化物(喹哪啶红,qr)的相互作用。利用紫外可见分光光度测定法研究qr光谱的变化,考察了离子强度、醇类和尿素等对异染效应的影响,paspna与qr结合常数与热力学参数通过异染光谱的吸光度测定。结果表明qr与paspna相互作用后光谱发生了剧烈变化,说明加入paspna改变了溶液环境导致了异染现象。另外,外添加物如离子强度、醇类和尿素等对异染的破坏反映了异染结合物的稳定性并间接反映了二者的结合机制。paspna与qr相互作用不仅可以模拟paspna与药物的结合方式,还可以作为一种新的模型用qr作为探针检测生物大分子。
