纳米pd催化剂的制备及其催化苯酚加氢反应

Abstract:
采用浸渍法制备多孔离子共聚物(picp)负载的纳米pd催化剂(pd/picp),考察pd/picp对苯酚选择性加氢反应的催化性能。通过透射电子显微镜(tem)、x线衍射仪(xrd)和n2吸附-脱附分析仪等对催化剂进行表征,同时考察催化剂载体、反应溶剂和反应时间对苯酚加氢反应活性的影响。结果表明:pd/picp催化剂pd颗粒粒径为2nm左右,具有较大的比表面(635m2/g)和孔体积(1.41ml/g),在苯酚的还原反应中表现出较高的活性和选择性。在0.1mpah2下,n(pd):n(苯酚)=1:200,反应温度353k,反应10h,苯酚的转化率达到99%,环己酮的选择性达到97%,同时催化剂反复使用5次活性几乎没有降低。
