超疏水透明涂层的模板沉积法制备及表征

Abstract:

在常温常压下,以纳米炭粉为模板剂,利用正硅酸四乙酯(teos)在玻璃片表面进行化学气相沉积,经十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(ctms)改性处理制得超疏水透明涂层。采用静态接触角(ca)、傅里叶交换红外光谱仪(ft-ir)、紫外光谱仪(uv)、热分析仪(tga)、交叉极化硅核磁共振谱仪(29sicpmasnmr)、x线光电子能谱仪(xps)和透射电子显微镜(tem)进行分析和表征。结果表明:teos的沉积时间对疏水涂层的接触角、滑动角及透光性均有一定的影响,最佳沉积时间为6h,接触角高达166.1°,滑动角为2.1°,透光率达91%。此透明超疏水涂层具有极好的耐潮性能,即使暴露在室温环境中30d,仍能保持良好的超疏水性能。
