基于n2townsend放电的气体检测器

Abstract:
放电回路中串入50mω以上的限流电阻时,同轴圆筒结构的检测池在n2流中激发出稳定的大气压townsend放电。研究了c2h2、c2h4、c2h63种气体在检测池中的响应情况,考察了放电电流、载气流速对响应特性的影响。实验发现:3种气体通过放电区时都使放电平均电流下降,表现为负峰。用膜管扩散法测得该检测器对c2h2、c2h4、c2h63种气体的最低检测限分别为0.2、0.2和0.3μl/l,三者的响应线性范围都约为103。该检测器工作时的放电电流低,电极不易发生溅射损耗和污染,具有较高的稳定性。
