高温构件材料临界a参数的定量测定

Abstract:
通过对服役材料hk40炉管损伤状态的实验测定和分析,认为在受损材料的裂纹前端存在临界损伤状态.使用a参数方法,通过定量金相分析,首次获得了裂纹前端的临界参数值acr.临界参数值acr的确定为临界损伤值的确定提供了基础,为高温构件的寿命预测、可靠性评估提供了准确的极限状态.
