nasm(moo4)2微晶的微波水热法可控合成

Abstract:

采用微波水热法合成片状、花状和八面体状的四方相nasm(moo4)2微晶,考察初始溶液ph、合成温度、反应物浓度与合成时间对产物晶相、形貌和尺寸的影响。利用x线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对产物进行表征。结果表明:初始溶液ph对产物的形貌影响显著,ph为2.0和3.0时,180℃微波加热1h,可分别合成出片状和花状的nasm(moo4)2微晶。ph为1.5时,150℃微波加热1h,可合成出形貌规整、尺寸均一的八面体状nasm(moo4)2微晶。在ph为1.5的条件下进一步升高合成温度或增加反应物浓度,八面体晶粒尺寸呈下降趋势。随着合成时间的延长,八面体颗粒逐渐分解并团聚成不规则多面体,提出了八面体状nasm(moo4)2微晶的形貌演变过程。
