au/石墨烯改性富含{001}晶面tio2及光催化性能

Abstract:

以钛酸丁酯为ti源、hf为形貌控制剂,通过水热法制备富含{001}活性晶面的锐钛矿tio2,并以au和石墨烯(gp)对其进行复合改性。通过x线衍射仪(xrd)、扫描电子显微镜(sem)、透射电子显微镜(tem)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(uv-vis)、x线光电子能谱(xps)及荧光光谱(pl)等方法对光催化剂进行结构表征,并考察光催化剂在氙灯照射下催化降解罗丹明b(rhb)的活性。结果表明:经过au和gp复合改性后,tio2的光谱响应和光生电子-空穴分离的能力显著增强,光催化活性显著提高,为高活性光催化剂的研究提供了新的思路。
