多通道陶瓷纳滤膜截留性能的表征方法

Abstract:

为得到准确的方法来表征多通道陶瓷纳滤膜,以溶质截留法研究多通道陶瓷纳滤膜的截留性能,考察不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(peg)配比、过滤过程中跨膜压差及膜面流速对测定膜的截留相对分子质量准确性的影响。结果表明:选用相对分子质量分别为200、600、1500、4000及10000的peg配制成总质量浓度为3g/l的溶液作为表征陶瓷纳滤膜的基准物,采用跨膜压差为0.2mpa,膜面流速为2m/s可合理有效地表征陶瓷纳滤膜。
