退火处理对zno晶体材料光学性能的影响

Abstract:
采用热液法制备zno晶体材料,分别在空气、n2和水蒸气条件下进行退火处理。采用扫描电子显微镜(sem)、x线衍射仪(xrd)、紫外-可见分光光度计(uv-vis)和荧光分光光度计(pl)考察不同退火处理对zno结构和光学性能的影响。结果表明:热液法制备的zno呈六角相棒状形貌,棒直径约为2μm,长度约为10μm。经3种退火方法处理的样品的形貌和尺寸没有明显变化,取向性和结晶度都有所改善,透光率升高,光致发光近带边发射峰强度增大。相比zno体材料的紫外吸收(380nm),处理后样品出现了轻微蓝移现象。初步探讨了不同退火处理方法改善zno晶体材料光学性能的机制。
