透明上转换氟碳树脂纳米复合涂层的制备及性能

Abstract:

选择溶剂型的氟碳树脂和质量分数为3%、5%和10%的β-nayf4:yb,tm上转换纳米颗粒为前驱体,通过浸渍提拉法在空白玻璃基片上制备具有透明和上转换发光功能的复合涂层。结果表明:氟碳树脂的最佳成膜温度为20℃;β-nayf4:yb,tm上转换纳米颗粒能均匀地分散在氟碳树脂涂层;随着上转换纳米颗粒质量分数的增加,该复合涂层的荧光强度逐渐增加,但透过率逐渐下降;在980nm波长激光器的激发下,肉眼能观察到蓝色的光,该复合涂层能发射出346、360、452、474、540、645和692nm波长的光,且分析了其发光机制。
