基于罗丹明b衍生物的hg2+选择性荧光探针的合成及性质

Abstract:
通过席夫碱缩合反应将呋喃环和噻吩环分别引入罗丹明b母体,设计、合成了2例对hg2+具有选择性识别作用的新型荧光探针rb-oo和rb-os,探针结构通过核磁共振氢谱(1hnmr)、核磁共振碳谱(13c-nmr)及飞行时间质谱(tof-ms)进行表征,并进一步研究这2例探针与hg2+作用前后光谱性质的变化。结果表明:随着hg2+的加入,rb-oo和rb-os均产生了荧光增强的现象,并伴随着色度上的变化,可以应用于裸眼识别。2例探针与hg2+作用均可以可逆地选择性识别hg2+,不受其他阳离子干扰。由于hg2+的嗜硫性,rb-os对hg2+具有更快的响应速度和更高的灵敏度。
