孔阵形状对周期孔阵金属薄膜透过率的影响

Abstract:
采用高频结构仿真软件对中红外波段周期结构金属薄膜的光透射增强现象进行了数值模拟.通过对圆形、椭圆、正方形以及长方形4种不同孔阵金属薄膜的仿真得出,金属微孔的几何形状对透过率增强有着重要的影响.当椭圆或长方形金属孔阵长短径比例增加时,透射峰随着比例的增大红移;比较4种金属薄膜的透射峰移动情况发现,长方形和椭圆的形状效应较为明显.上述结果显示局域模式在透射增强现象中起了重要的作用.此外,我们还对长方形和椭圆孔阵列在不同偏振光入射下的光透射性质进行了模拟.
