中国壁虎属9物种的dna条码技术

Abstract:
测定了无蹼壁虎、粗疣壁虎和中国壁虎共17个样品的coi基因部分片段,结合其他已知序列,对我国9种壁虎的dna条码序列进行比较分析,计算种间及种内平均遗传距离,并构建系统发生树.结果显示所有dna条码都为各物种所独有,不存在物种之间的共享.属内种间差异明显大于种内差异,且同一物种的不同个体均聚成高支持率的单系群,提示该条码在壁虎属物种中有很好的识别能力,可以用于物种鉴定.dna条码还为粗疣壁虎和铅山壁虎的物种有效性提供了有力的分子证据.
