固态发泡组织工程支架材料的热重法特性分析

Abstract:
根据组织工程支架材料的特点和要求,设计了co2固态发泡实验系统,对生物可降解聚合物聚乳酸(pla)进行不同实验参数下的发泡制作,获得具有不同孔径大小的pla支架泡沫材料;然后用热重分析法对pla支架材料进行热稳定性的测量和对比,结果表明饱和压力越大,pla支架泡孔密度越大,泡孔孔径越小,其分解温度就越低,37℃常温降解时间却越长.因此通过适当选取制作条件可以有效控制材料的特性来满足不同组织支架应用的需要.
