限制性供氧对木糖发酵制备乙醇的影响

Abstract:

以树干毕赤酵母为发酵菌株,木糖为发酵底物,通过限制性供氧发酵木糖制备乙醇.结果表明,搅拌转速和通风量是影响传氧系数的重要变量.搅拌转速对传氧系数的影响大于通风量.在275~350r/min内搅拌转速的改变可引起传氧系数的显著改变.在通风量为2.0l/l?h,通过改变搅拌转速调节供氧量,当搅拌转速为350r/min时发酵效果最佳,木糖利用率为91.7%,乙醇浓度达14.3g/l.当通风量为3.0l/l?h,搅拌转速为300r/min时,木糖利用率和乙醇浓度均达到最大值,分别为96.3%和15.0g/l.
