半导体激光自混合干涉测量技术中正弦相位调制参数的优化分析

Abstract:
为了提高自混合干涉技术测量位移的精度,将正弦相位调制技术引入自混合干涉信号的分析中,相位调制由置于外腔中的电光调制器(eom)实现,相位解调由fft分析的方法得到.针对正弦相位调制自混合干涉测量技术用于位移测量时,电光调制器调制参数对相位解调的影响,分析了调制参数的优化选择依据.模拟分析及实验结果表明:正弦相位调制自混合干涉仪用于位移测量时,正确解调相位所需的最小调制频率和待测射靶面的振动频率和幅度的乘积成正比.调制幅度取1.23rad时,可以减少激光束偏振态损失带来的测量误差.
