Abstract:

应用fish法对土壤-植物污水处理系统中未经过培养的土壤氨氧化菌进行了研究.同时介绍了样品前处理、fish法检测过程以及基因探针的选择等实际操作方法与过程.研究结果表明,对于土壤-植物污水处理系统土壤的微生物解析可用fish技术.该方法的使用为系统基质的研究提供便捷之路.
