bati0.99fe0.01o3―tb1-xdy_xfe2-y复合双层结构中的磁电效应

Abstract:

用溶胶凝胶法制备了bati0.99fe0.01o3粉体,在1350℃烧结成圆片状多晶样品.结构分析表明bati0.99fe0.01o3依然是四方相钙钛矿结构,但是居里温度及相变潜热比纯净batio3均略低.将bati0.99fe0.01o3与tb1-xdyxfe2-y复合构成双层膜.研究了该层状结构的磁电(me)效应.在2.8ka/m的低磁场下,得到该双层膜最大横向磁电系数.并且bati0.99fe0.01o3-tb1-xdyxfe2-y双层膜的横向磁电系数比batio3-tb1-xdyxfe2-y双层膜的横向磁电系数大50%.因此掺杂batio3可望成为me复合结构中压电相的一个理想选择.另外由于不含铅、锆等有害物质,符合环保要求;改性的batio3具有深入研究和应用价值.
