城乡发展一体化的内涵、路径与土地资源利用路径选择

当城乡一体化成为统筹城乡发展的终极目标后，城乡发展一体化逐步成为其实现的路径，因此，弄清城乡发展一体化的内涵，找出推进的方向与内容是亟待解决的重要问题，研究结果将直接影响到城乡一体化的效果.本文采用文献综述法、归纳法和系统分析法，从城乡发展一体化概念与内涵出发，找出土地资源利用视角下城乡发展一体化建设的具体内容，并认为，城乡发展一体化的土地资源利用的模式与路径，应从大力推进土地利用规划编制与多级规划的融合、公共服务设施用地的落实与优化、土地资源管理中的公平机制与效益分配、生态环境保护中的土地利用功能定位与分区建设等方面入手，走多维度创新渠道.
