华北半叶紫菜繁殖组织形成期间的光合特性研究

Abstract:

本实验将半叶紫菜华北变种(porphyrakatadaivar.hemiphylla)叶状体的雌性营养组织(fv)和雄性营养组织(mv)在室内(5~20℃,10、80μmol/(m2.s))进行长期培养20d,跟踪测定繁殖组织形成期间的叶绿素荧光参数(yield、fv/fm)和光合放氧速率,同时对组织块的发育情况进行显微镜观察.结果表明:(1)培养过程中繁殖组织的形成与各光合参数的降低是紧密相关的;(2)培养温度相同时,fv、mv在80μmol/(m2.s)下的成熟度较10μmol/(m2.s)的高
