从高斯光束到帽顶光束z扫描:分析测量灵敏度和可靠性

Abstract:
利用快速傅里叶变换方法分析了z扫描归一化透过率曲线.研究了入射光束空间分布对z扫描测量灵敏度和可靠性的影响.提出了截取高斯光束(即近帽顶光束)z扫描表征技术,该技术不仅提高了测量灵敏度和可靠性,而且提高了光能量的利用率.
