Abstract:
以邻苯二甲酸为基质对多巴胺(153.08da)进行基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱(malditof-tofms)分析.结果表明,邻苯二甲酸作为基质可以有效解吸电离多巴胺,基质干扰峰明显减少,产生出了分辨率高、离子信号强、信噪比(s/n)高的质谱图,不仅准确测定了多巴胺的相对分子质量,完成了对其定性研究,还找到了一种适合小分子分析而且来源广泛的基质材料.
