溴氰菊酯胁迫下小菜蛾泛素化蛋白的分析与鉴定

Abstract:
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、westernblot和lcms/ms技术,对在溴氰菊酯胁迫下的小菜蛾(plutellaxylostella)四龄幼虫的泛素化蛋白(ubiquitinatedprotein)的组分进行分析,结果表明小菜蛾溴氰菊酯敏感品系与小菜蛾溴氰菊酯抗性品系里的泛素化蛋白表达量有显著差异.本实验成功证明了在药剂胁迫下小菜蛾泛素化蛋白存在表达上的差异,该研究结果为分析昆虫细胞中泛素的功能及其对昆虫生理、生化和环境胁迫等方面的调节作用提供了参考.
