lewis酸离子液体催化合成tcpp

Abstract:
以三氯氧磷和环氧丙烷为原料,在离子液体et3nhcl-x[alcl3]催化作用下合成了磷酸三(β-氯丙基)酯(tcpp).确定最佳工艺条件为:n(pocl3):n(c3h6o)=1:3.3,反应温度60～65℃,催化剂用量0.05g,环氧丙烷的滴加时间约为3h,产率达98.5%.此工艺有催化剂用量少,产率高,成本低等优点.
