水通道蛋白在‘丰水’、‘今村秋’花粉萌发中的作用

Abstract:
梨花粉在不同渗透压下萌发率会发生变化,用水通道蛋白的抑制剂hgcl2和激活剂β-巯基乙醇处理‘丰水’、‘今村秋’花粉培养基,会影响花粉萌发率.在培养基中加入浓度低于0.01%的β-巯基乙醇可以提高花粉萌发率、增加花粉管长度,若浓度高于0.01%,β-巯基乙醇即会对花粉造成毒害作用;加入0.001mmol?l-1hgcl2即可降低萌发率,花粉管长度变短,且抑制效果随浓度增高而增强.
