溴氰菊酯诱导果蝇细胞毒性及相关基因表达的变化

Abstract:

溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin,dm)是一种神经毒剂,由于其高效、低毒而被广泛用于农业害虫的防治.长期大范围不合理的使用导致害虫产生抗药性,但目前其确切的抗药性作用机制仍不十分清楚.本研究对溴氰菊酯细胞毒性的研究显示dm染毒可以使果蝇kc细胞增殖、细胞形态和细胞活性发生明显变化.较低和较高浓度的dm能明显抑制细胞活性,在15ppm诱导下果蝇细胞的活性有一定程度的升高.实时荧光定量pcr和免疫印迹分析结果显示,经dm处理后的果蝇kc细胞中与氧化应激反应和免疫相关的基因的表达量显著
