离体猪肝组织电阻抗的温度特性研究

Abstract:
在高强度聚焦超声治疗技术中为了达到抑制或杀死肿瘤细胞且不损伤正常组织的目的,必须建立准确可靠的温度实时监控系统.本研究旨在获得生物组织电阻抗特性与温度的关系,为超声治疗中的精确温度控制提供依据.结合猪肝组织显微结构的细胞形态研究,证明猪肝组织的电阻抗特性和热作用温度以及时间具有明显依赖性关系,随着温度的升高总体呈现电阻抗下降的趋势,细胞受热失去活性甚至出现组织凝固时,其电阻抗特性发生显著变化,猪肝组织在73℃的快速短时间加热和56℃的慢速长时间加热过程中出现细胞坏死和组织变性的现象,表现出电阻抗特性变化的临界特性,这为进一步进行高强度聚焦超声治疗的电阻抗温度监控新方法提供了理论和实验依据.
