武术套路运动对青春期女性骨强度及雌激素的影响

Abstract:
为探讨武术套路运动对青春期女性骨强度和雌激素的影响,选取青春期女性为被试,分为武术套路组和对照组,分别测试两组骨强度和雌激素.实验结果显示:①武术套路组bua(超声振幅衰减)、sos(声速)、sti(骨硬度)显著高于对照组(p<0.01),但rrf(骨折风险指数)显著低于对照组(p<0.01);②武术套路组e2(雌二醇)的含量显著高于对照组(p<0.05);③bua与sos呈高度正相关,与rrf呈高度负相关;④e2与bua、sos、sti呈正相关,与rrf呈负相关.结论:武术套路运动可以
