新型竹红菌甲素与钒氧离子配合物的制备及光敏性质研究

Abstract:

采用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱系统研究了竹红菌甲素和钒氧离子之间的相互作用,实验结果表明,与竹红菌甲素相比,新型配合物的紫外光谱吸收峰红移且吸收峰强度增加,荧光强度降低,具有一定的光敏产生单线态氧及光敏损伤ctdna的能力.采用透射电镜对其粒径大小进行测定,结果表明纳米粒的平均粒径在60nm左右,单分散性质良好.因此,该配合物的形成将进一步推动竹红菌甲素在光动力疗法中的应用.
