Abstract:
目的:探讨人nrage(neurotrophinreceptor-interactingmagehomologue)基因启动子区cpg岛甲基化状态及其在乳腺癌细胞中的表达调控.方法:用real-timepcr检测nrage在乳腺癌细胞mda-mb-231和mcf-7中的表达;软件分析nrage启动子区是否存在cpg岛;脱甲基化药物5-aza-cdr处理mda-mb-231细胞和mcf-7细胞,半定量rt-pcr法及westernblot法检测用药前后细胞中nrage的mrna及蛋白表达的变化;m
