基于后喷策略的柴油机时序分区燃烧模拟

Abstract:

前期研究发现可以把后喷理解为一种时间顺序意义上的分区燃烧.为深入理解认识这种分区燃烧,采用star-cd对高压共轨柴油机进行了改变主后喷间隔的燃烧模拟.结果表明,滚流利用主、后喷的间歇期引导氧气补充到喷油锥角区域内形成富氧区,而后,后喷喷出,从而实现了分区燃烧,后喷燃油燃烧较好,碳烟排放显著下降;要组织最佳的分区燃烧就是要在保证补充氧气足够多的前提下,找到一个尽可能小的主后喷间隔.
