阻燃型丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂的性能研究

Abstract:
采用机械共混方式获得了氢氧化铝(ath)、三聚氰胺磷酸盐(mp)和mp/季戊四醇(per)3种阻燃型丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂,并研究了3种体系的阻燃剂种类、添加量、配比对阻燃性能、力学性能、热稳定性的影响。结果表明:体系的拉伸强度随阻燃剂添加量的增加而降低,氧指数(loi)随阻燃剂添加量的增加而增加;同水平下,ath改性胶黏剂体系残渣率较高;锥形量热仪结果表明各类阻燃剂的加入均能有效减少胶黏剂体系的热释放速率(hrr)、质量损失速率(mlr)和烟释放速率(spr);扫描电镜(sem)表明当mp与per质量比为3:1时,改性胶黏剂体系的膨胀型阻燃效果最佳。
