轻质稻秸保温材料高频热压工艺

Abstract:

以稻秸为原料,采用高频热压法制备轻质稻秸保温材料,研究了高频热压工艺条件(包括高频热压时间、稻秸单元含水率和施胶量)对保温材料性能的影响。结果表明:高频热压时间240s、稻秸单元含水率14%、施胶量8%时制得的保温材料,其力学性能均能满足欧洲en相关标准的要求,且导热系数仅0.051~0.053w/(m?k),可以有效代替常规保温材料,更兼具价格低廉、质轻、无毒、无害、无环境污染等优势。
