麦草碱性亚硫酸盐制浆废液的木聚糖酶解特性

Abstract:

优化了嗜碱芽孢杆菌(bacillusalkalophilus)木聚糖酶、里氏木霉(trichodermareesei)木聚糖酶和pulpzymehc2500木聚糖酶3种木聚糖酶对麦草碱性亚硫酸盐制浆(asp)废液的酶解工艺,并比较了它们的酶解特性。结果表明:嗜碱芽孢杆菌木聚糖酶在酶用量6.0μmol/(ml?min)、ph7.0、温度50℃、时间8h和废液质量分数50%的条件下,相对多糖水解率为27.7%;里氏木霉木聚糖酶在酶用量10.0μmol/(ml?min)、ph5.0、温度50℃、时间8h和废液质量分数50%的条件下,相对多糖水解率为48.5%;pulpzymehc2500木聚糖酶在酶用量8.33μmol/(ml?min)、ph8.0、温度55℃、时间4h和废液质量分数50%的条件下,相对多糖水解率为48.0%。比较认为,pulpzymehc2500木聚糖酶具有较高的酶解效率,经该酶酶解处理,asp废液中还原糖含量由1.2g/l提高到11.1g/l。大分子聚糖的降解有利于后续木质素磺酸盐的分离提取和利用。
