氧等离子体处理对酶解木质素胶合力的影响

Abstract:

用氧等离子体处理酶解木质素,分析酶解木质素表面化学成分及自由基浓度的变化,研究氧等离子体处理对酶解木质素/杨木纤维复合材料性能的影响,探索氧等离子体对酶解木质素胶合力的影响。结果表明:经氧等离子体处理后,酶解木质素表面?m?(o)/?m?(c)提高了56.0%,大量含氧官能团(如―oh、―coo等)被引入酶解木质素表面。同时,酶解木质素表面自由基浓度提高了27.4%。氧等离子体处理使酶解木质素/杨木纤维复合材料的物理力学性能得到了改善,其中内结合强度提高了30.2%,静曲强度增加了14.2%,吸水厚度膨胀率下降了29.0%。
