橡胶树胶乳c-乳清死皮相关蛋白的鉴定及分析

Abstract:
橡胶树死皮是影响天然橡胶产量的重要限制因子。通过双向凝胶电泳技术(2-de)研究了橡胶死皮树与健康树胶乳c-乳清蛋白表达谱的差异。以软件分析后共获得31个差异表达的蛋白点,经基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(maldi-tofms)分析后,搜索ncbinr数据库,结果有10个蛋白点被成功鉴定,其中6个为未知蛋白,其余4个蛋白分别为chaina,structureofubiquitin?likeprotein,rub1;β?1,3?glucanase;air9protein和flagellarinnerdyneinarmheavychain11。这些蛋白可能在橡胶树死皮发生过程中扮演重要角色。
