以竹加工废弃物中纤维素、木聚糖组分高附加值利用为目的,采用内切木聚糖酶选择性降解竹屑木聚糖,制备高附加值产品低聚木糖,竹屑制备低聚木糖的废渣经糖化、发酵制备乙醇。采用7%的NaOH提取竹屑木聚糖1 h,木聚糖提取率为57.81%,竹屑木聚糖再在25 U/g内切木聚糖酶定向水解下,低聚木糖得率为39.49%,低聚木糖对青春双歧杆菌有良好的增殖作用。竹屑木聚糖抽提剩余物在25 U/g纤维素酶和4 U/g β-葡萄糖苷酶条件下水解72 h,纤维素水解得率64.05%。121.20 g/L纤维素水解糖液经酿酒酵母NLH13发酵40 h,糖利用率和乙醇得率分别为98.80%和92.95%。研究结果可为竹加工废弃物的综合利用提供新的途径。Xylo-oligosaccharides and ethanol preparation from bamboo processing residues were investigated. The bamboo xylan was selectively degraded by endo-xylanase to produce xylo-oligosaccharides. Xylan extraction residue was used for ethanol production through saccharification and fermentation processes. The xylan of bamboo processing residues was extracted with 7% NaOH solution for 1 h, the xylan extraction yield was 57.81%. The xylan was hydrolyzed by endo-xylanase with the dosage of 25 U/g xylan for 12 h, the xylo-oligosaccharides yield was 39.49%, and the xylo-oligosaccharides have good effect on the proliferation of Bifidobacterium adolescentis. The xylan extraction residue was hydrolyzed by cellulase and β-glucosidase with the dosage of 25 U/g and 4 U/g for 72 h, 64.05% hydrolysis yield was obtained. The hydrolyzate containing 121.20 g/L glucose was fermented by Saccharomyces cerevisiae NLH13 for 40 h, the glucose consumption and ethanol yield were 98.80% and 92.95%, respectively
