城市住区环境景观吸引力定量化评价模型――以新乡市住区为例

Abstract:
以新乡市15个住区（r1-r15）为研究对象，选取7个指标，包括植被景观(x1)、照明景观(x2)、硬质景观(x3)、庇护景观(x4)、模拟景观(x5)、水景观(x6)和场所景观(x7),应用ahp法建立影响因子赋值标准。以多元回归分析法建立影响因子(xi)和住区环境景观吸引力(y)之间的回归方程。结果表明:多元线性回归方程为y=-26？359+6？181x1+1？583x2+1？247x3+1？123x4+0？26x5+0？17x6+2？230x7,贡献率排序为x1>x7>x2>x3>x4>x5>x6。通过该模型中各因子的贡献率可知,在北方城市住区环境景观设计中应该将满足生态和审美需求的植被景观、满足各种活动需求的场所景观和对夜景十分重要的照明景观放在重要的地位,单位平均造价较高的硬质景观和庇护景观应有所取舍,而水景观的应用则应该十分慎重
